Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and how to have it removed. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no forms.
Last updated September 2026.
Full Signal is a sales and marketing leadership practice operated by David Reece, working with clients across Australia and New Zealand. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Full Signal.
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988.
Almost nothing. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and contains no forms. We do not build a profile of you, and we cannot identify you from a visit.
Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs of requests including IP address, browser type and the page requested. These are used to serve the site and protect it from abuse, not to identify individuals.
The booking buttons take you to Calendly, a third party scheduling service. If you book, Calendly collects the details you enter, typically your name, email address and any notes you add, and shares them with us so we can meet you.
We use those details to prepare for and hold the conversation, and to follow up afterwards. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.
We keep the correspondence, and any information in it, so we can respond and maintain a record of the discussion.
Three services are involved in running this site. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and serves every page
- Google Fonts serves the two typefaces the site uses, which means your IP address is visible to Google when a page loads
- Calendly handles scheduling, and only if you choose to book
This site sets none, which is why you are not being asked to accept any. Calendly may set its own cookies once you are on its booking page, which is outside our control and covered by its policy.
Enquiries and correspondence are kept while there is a live conversation or engagement, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Where we no longer have a business reason to hold something, we delete it.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time, and in any case within 30 days.
If you think we have mishandled your information, tell us first and we will try to put it right. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
Email david@fullsignal.io for anything in this policy.
